Lars Fischer
Founder
Lars is a certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, classical singer and postgraduate researcher at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where he investigates how the Feldenkrais Method transforms the way singers move and perform. Through his research into the method's principles, he brings a deep understanding of not just how to apply it, but why it works.
Trained in law at King's College London and as a classical singer at Trinity Laban, Lars came to Feldenkrais through his own experience of chronic tension and abdominal pain — something that affected both his performing and his daily life for years. Through Feldenkrais, he found relief and a fundamentally different relationship with his own body: less effort, more ease, more freedom to do the things he loves. It's this personal experience, combined with his research, that shapes how he works with clients, helping them find their own path to greater comfort and ease.
He is the founder of Voice in Motion, a Feldenkrais and singing studio in Greenwich, and a Committee Member of the Feldenkrais Guild UK. Originally from Switzerland, he works with clients in English, German and Swedish, and welcomes people from all backgrounds.
